Mold machines are used to cast high density foam (HD) rails used for the frames of walk-in cooler and freezer panels. Each machine holds 14 molds and is built to customer specifications. Options include a rail length of 16′, 20′, or 25′, standard cavities for rails up to 5″wide, extra wide cavities for rails up to 6″, casting short rails, mold heating, an automatic mold release application system, and right or left hand control box orientation.

Each machine is controlled by a PLC through a touch screen interface.

If desired we can also have molds extruded to your specifications and finish them with end plates and heat wire. Or we can assist you to source your own molds.

As of November 2018 we have built 10 of these units for customers in Oregon, California, Texas, Mississippi, North Carolina, Oklahoma, and Tennessee.
