Our Cardboard Laminator glues cardboard sheets together. Glue travels from a stainless steel glue manifold through nozzles which lay the glue in thin lines across large sheets of cardboard. The cardboard then moves to a stacker section. From the stacker section the batch of glued up sheets is pushed into the press section where the sheets are compressed while the glue dries. Finally the cardbord is moved onto an out feed roll case. A raised walkway and two stairs give the operator quick access to all sides of the machine.
Cardboard handling size and glue nozzle spacing are adjustable. Perforating wheels can be mounted on the drive wheels if perforating is needed.
